Divine Intervention is set up so that you can just jump in without the need of knowing what happened before. That way no one is ever left behind, and the story is never far ahead. Just read the story and start from there.

What is the time frame between the Kingdom Hearts series and Memory Requiem?
MR takes place two years after Kingdom Hearts 2. Though that will change in the future. I will keep you posted on it.

No. It doesn't matter how good of a member you are, an exception cannot be made. You have to play along just like everyone else.
